PL is not a legal requirement, but almost every business in the UK recognises it as being an essential insurance, and you might find it impossible to trade without it. Slips and trips are commonplace, even if you work at home.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes you can. We have a finance facility that allows clients to split the cost, typically over 10 months and with no deposit. Specialist insurance costs can be prohibitive but spreading the annual cost means you can manage cashflow effectively.
